Home    Gurner’s Fortitude Valley FV Apartments reach crowning height

The first two towers of Gurner’s triple tower FV Apartments have reached crowning height.  The development features three towers which have been designed by Elenberg Fraser featuring 910 apartments and commercial space.

Gurner has announced Icon Co. to construct the final tower featuring 267 apartments with a contract value of excess of $90 million.

The three towers includes The Flatiron, inspired by the famous New York building of the same name, Valley House and the ultra luxurious No. 1 Fortitude Valley.

When going to market the first two towers sold out in 12 weeks and the luxury final tower sold out in six.

With more than 80% of the apartments being sold to investors Mantra Group has paid a record $28 million for management rights to the development which will be branded under their luxury Peppers brand. With amenities including pools, private spa areas, fully equipped gymnasium, dining rooms and moonlight cinema areas FV by Peppers will offer services on par with luxury international hotel brands.

Commenting recently in 60 minutes Tim Gurner provided an insight into helping Australia unlock more affordable housing: “Affordability is a nation-wide issue and one that needs to be tackled strategically by unlocking more supply, not driving more demand”.
