The metropolitan Central Joint Development Assessment panel has voted 3:2 in favour of a revised 34 level design of the Lumiere Tower on the South Perth peninsula. The approval follows a long winded 18 month legal battle with local residents and an indecisive local council.
The development will feature panoramic views across the Swan River towards Perth City, Kings Park and beyond with each apartment featuring spacious wrap around balconies taking full advantage of its premiere location.
The residents will have access to hotel styled amenities including a temperature controlled wine cellar, fitness zone with a sauna and spa, a fifteen metre infinity edge pool and entertaining area with outdoor kitchen.
Additionally residents will enjoy use of a private lounge which will offer stunning views of the Perth CBD where residents will be able to relax enjoying a stunning open fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Spokesman Paul Plowman said Edge Living was “very happy” with the decision.
“It reinforces the integrity of the existing Town Planning Scheme,” he said.
“We also made a conscious choice to lower the size from 44 to 34 storeys as we understand height is of concern to people in the area.
“This will now be smaller in scale and in height than Civic Heart and Zone Q.”
