Melbourne based boutique property developer BPM are nearing top out of their Shadow Play development in South Bank.
Located in the popular entertainment precinct at 105 Clarendon St, local builder ICON Co have nearly topped out construction with the development’s core box reaching its maximum height.
Shadowplay features 475 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 600 square meters of communal relaxation space for residents. Amenities include onsite concierge desk and cafe, private dining, kitchen and lounge area for residents’ use, sweeping views from the podium terrace, sunbathing area, bubble pool with spa, sauna, gym and steam room, as well as secure parking.
The first nine levels of the development will feature a luxury hote, with residential apartments above. A local buyer amalgamated the top five apartments to create a $10.4 million-dollar 712 square meter penthouse.
