Home    The Eastbourne – Central park styled luxury coming to Melbourne
The Eastbourne by Mirvac – 280 Albert Street, East Melbourne

Overlooking Fitzroy Gardens at 280 Albert Street, East Melbourne – The Eastbourne will bring a new level of luxury reminiscent of the glamorous apartments facing New York’s central park.

The Eastbourne will features 250 large apartments, one bedroom apartments average 65 square meters of internal living space and the spaciously sized residences go all the way up to the large Grand Pavilion Penthouses which average a luxurious 257 square meters.

The design team behind the project is a combination of Mirvac’s internal design studio and renowned architects Bates Smart. The same team that designed the iconic The Melburnian on St Kilda road.

Residents will enjoy access to a communal dining room with chefs kitchen, residents lounge, landscaped courtyard with barbecue area, cinema room and business centre.

Commenting on the Penthouse Mirvac CEO and managing director Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz said the property was world-class with elite craftsmanship and a prime position.

“It boasts among the best vantages in the city, overlooking leafy Fitzroy Gardens, with panoramic views. What has been crafted is a rival to park-fronting penthouses in New York and London,” she said.

Italian marble in the kitchen, German fluted glass wardrobe doors, timber floorboards and ceiling heights in excess of 3m are other high-end features.

Separate wings for owners, the west, and guests or children, the east, provide private space.

There’s also room for a fleet of cars — with a six-car garage included.

$300 million of sales was achieved in the first three days of the projects launch and completion is estimated to occur by the middle of 2019.
