The Landmark – St Leonard’s urban renewal powers ahead!
Chinese company New Hope and VIMG Australia in combination with A Plus Design Studio are the team behind ‘The Landmark’ St Leonards. The development will be located at 500 Pacific Highway and will become the tallest tower in the revitalised St Leonards. The suburb of St Leonards is evolving from a inner city commercial hub to a mixed use, cosmopolitan epicenter. The development will feature 483 apartments over 44 levels and contain ground floor commercial with hotel styled resident’s amenities.
‘The Landmark’s designer from A+ Design Group, architect Tony Leung has used the waves in Sydney Harbour as inspiration for the distinctive fluid wave patterns across the curved façade. The building has a sculptural form and will become an iconic residential hub for modern living.
The building features ground floor retail and café space, whilst residents will be spoiled with the hotel styled amenities including, style entrance lobby, concierge, pool + spa, gym, yoga room, virtual golf range, business lounge, library and lounge room, private dining room with cooking facilities and universal hire rooms- ideal for kids music practice or holding a function.
Director of New Hope David Johnson commented “Unlike many other developments in the north shore, The Landmark offers a number of wow factors which are not typical of this area,”.
“As the tallest residential tower in St Leonards, The Landmark hosts a number of premium amenity offerings to the residents including an indoor virtual golf driving range, gym, swimming pool, several kids playing areas, a library plus much more,”.
Demolition has begun on site and the project is forecast to be complete by 2020.
